GANSU HENGYUAN DONGLI NEW ENERGY COMPANY is a new energy company, headquartered at Suzhou District New Energy Industrial Park, in Jiuquan, Gansu Province, China. The company’s core development strategy is to invest in the new energy sector, to take part in building the new energy equipment complete sustainable industrial chain toward carbon neutrality to achieve a net-zero future. In the meanwhile, the company Synchronously invests to build wind power station and solar thermal power station projects, with a total investment of about 20 billion yuan. Since its establishment, the company has cooperated with Power China, China National Materials Group, China Huaneng Group, Tsinghua University,and China National Academy of Sciences. HENGYUAN’s vision is to anchor in China west region, covering the whole China market, facing Central Asia and roll out throughout the world.
Hengyuan has successfully invested in and constructed the first phase of a 6GW photovoltaic module production base in Jiuquan City, Gansu Province, covering an area of 101,333 ㎡ with a total investment of approximately 420 million USD.Of this, a 2.4GW production line has been completed and put into operation, with the remainder expected to be fully completed by 2024. Additionally, Hengyuan Solar Energy has initiated a 5GW high-efficiency battery base project, covering about 160,000 ㎡ with a total investment of around 555 million USD, and is developing and constructing a 4GW solar-wind power station alongside.
甘肃恒远动力新能源（“恒远动力”）有限公司作为中科国脉集团的核心企业之一，应国家“双碳”战略号召，专注于甘肃、新疆、青海等中国西部地区的新能源产业投资建设，打造新能源装备制造全产业链生产基地，同步开发建设风光电站及光热电站项目，总投资约200亿元。恒远动力位于甘肃省酒泉市肃州区新能源综合利用产业园，自成立以来，已与中国电力建设集团、中国建材华能集团、清华大学、中科院等国内外知名机构和企业深度合作，共同推进新能源技术的研发与应用。公司立足中国西部，服务全国市场，同时面向中亚乃至全球市场，助力新能源产业的全面发展。
恒远动力在甘肃酒泉建设6GW光伏组件生产基地的一期工程，项目占地152亩，投资约30亿元。其中2.4GW的生产线已建成并投产，剩余产线建设中。此外，公司追加投资5GW高效电池基地项目，占地约240亩，投资约40亿元。后期将继续投建逆变器厂、光伏支架厂和电线电缆厂，占地面积约160亩，投资约20亿元。恒远动力将联合清华大学和中科院等科研力量，在甘肃酒泉成立新能源技术研究院，由国家级专家院士团队牵头，专注于科技研发领域的投入，确保企业产业技术的持续升级和迭代，以服务推动当地乃至西部地区新能源产业的快速发展。
